Two women's backs with golden symptom lines connecting points across their skin — the central image of The Body Tell

Why does the same body feel like a different woman every week?

Why do the labs come back "normal" when nothing about it feels normal?

Why is the answer so often: sleep more, stress less, wait and see?

The Body Tell exists because symptoms often become clearer when they are read together.

SkinCycleMoodEnergySleepCravingsBleedingWeightHeatDrive

When the body has been speaking for a while and nothing has been listening, the work is to give it a careful first reader.

Two ways to begin

Start with a first read. Or go deeper.

The Body Tell has two entry points: a short free screener for a preliminary signal, and a paid adaptive report for the full pattern reading. Both are educational. Neither replaces medical care.

Free screener

The First Read

A short preliminary reading that gives you an early view of the strongest pattern showing in your answers.

  • Preliminary primary pattern
  • Optional secondary signals
  • A small body-impact preview
  • Safety redirect if urgent symptoms are present

What the reading looks for

A single symptom is easy to dismiss. A cluster is harder to ignore.

Fatigue, acne, heavy bleeding, cravings, hair thinning, mood shifts, and night sweats can mean different things depending on what they appear with. The Body Tell reads the relationship between signals, not the symptom alone.

Symptoms are often separated

Skin goes here. Cycle goes there. Mood somewhere else.

That is how the story gets fragmented. The Body Tell brings the signals back into one body record, so they can be read together.

Skin · cycle · mood · energy · sleep · cravings · bleeding · weight · heat · drive

Normal is not always explained

A result can be in range while the lived pattern remains unclear.

The question is not only "is this normal?" It is also: "does this match what I am living?"

The report is built to prepare better questions, not to claim certainty.

Clusters create better questions

Fatigue with heavy bleeding is not the same as fatigue with cravings.

Context changes what may be worth discussing. Heavy bleeding, poor sleep, hair thinning, sugar cravings, and night sweats each tell a different story depending on what surrounds them.

One symptom is data. A cluster gives direction.

The Body Tell starts by connecting what is usually separated.

Your full report shows the strongest signal pattern, what answers drove it, what may be amplifying it, and which markers may be worth discussing.

Clinical structure · cultural intelligence

Built to read the body with more than one lens.

The Body Tell organises symptoms with clinical logic, while recognising that women's bodies, skin, culture, and lived experience are not one default story.

01 · Clinical structure

Built around body systems.

Skin, cycle, mood, energy, sleep, metabolism, safety signals, and markers worth discussing are organised as one body record.

Not random questions. A structured intake.
02 · Pattern reading

Not one symptom in isolation.

The reading looks at what appears together, what amplifies the picture, and what may be worth exploring next.

Cluster before conclusion.
03 · Clinical conversation

Designed to help you explain it.

Women's pain is too often brushed aside; this report helps you put words to what you're feeling. Walk into your next appointment with language that can't be ignored.

A better brief, not a diagnosis.
04 · Cultural awareness

Not one default body.

Skin tone, hair texture, language, beauty practices, medical dismissal, and cultural norms can change what gets noticed or overlooked.

Context changes the story.
05 · Visible signals

Skin is not vanity here.

Breakouts, pigmentation, hair shedding, dryness, flushing, dullness, and slow healing are treated as body signals.

What is visible may still be hormonal.
06 · Responsible boundaries

No fake certainty.

The product separates urgent symptoms from pattern reading and avoids diagnosis claims, miracle promises, and false precision.

Clear enough to help. Careful enough to trust.

Method

From scattered symptoms to one clearer reading.

The Body Tell does not ask you to guess what is wrong. It collects what you are living, reads how the signals travel together, then prepares language for a better clinical conversation.

Listen · connect · prepare · educational only · not a diagnosis

01 · LISTEN

Gather the signals.

You answer across skin, cycle, mood, energy, sleep, metabolism, foundations, and body changes.

The point is not one perfect answer. The point is the pattern created by many answers.
02 · CONNECT

Read the cluster.

Your answers are mapped by relationship, not by isolated complaint. The reading looks for what repeats, overlaps, and amplifies the picture.

A single symptom is data. A cluster gives direction.
03 · PREPARE

Leave with language.

You receive a Pattern Report with your strongest signals, first priority, body-impact notes, markers to discuss, and a printable clinician brief.

Built to prepare the conversation, not replace a qualified professional.

The method is simple: what you feel becomes easier to explain.

Not because it diagnoses you. Because it organises scattered signals into a clearer body record.

Example clusters

What symptoms may start to suggest when they appear together.

These are examples only. Your report reads your actual answers, including the signals that are strongest, the ones that may be amplifying the picture, and the markers worth discussing.

EXAMPLE CLUSTER

Blood sugar + androgen signals

WHAT THIS MAY SUGGEST

These signals can sometimes travel together when blood sugar regulation and androgen-related symptoms are part of the same picture.

EXAMPLE CLUSTER

Heavy bleeding + depletion signals

WHAT THIS MAY SUGGEST

This can make iron status, cycle pattern, and bleeding history worth discussing, especially when energy drops around or after your period.

EXAMPLE CLUSTER

Stress-recovery signals

WHAT THIS MAY SUGGEST

These answers may point toward a recovery rhythm that is under strain, especially when stress demand has been high for a long time.

EXAMPLE CLUSTER

Thyroid-slowdown signals

WHAT THIS MAY SUGGEST

When metabolism, temperature, digestion, skin, hair, and energy feel slowed down together, thyroid markers may be worth discussing.

Your full report reads your actual cluster.

It shows your strongest signal pattern, what answers drove it, what may be amplifying it, and which markers may be worth discussing. It does not diagnose.

Notes from readers

What women say after reading themselves on one page.

The Body Tell is built to help women see the pattern, not the symptom alone, and to bring that reading into the next clinical conversation.

Early reader accounts · composite for privacy · the Pattern Report is educational and does not diagnose

Pattern read · Heavy bleeding + depletion

For ten years I was told my periods were just heavy. The Pattern Report was the first time I read myself in someone else’s words. I brought the brief to my GP and she asked different questions this time.

Léna34 · regular cyclesLyon

Pattern read · Stress-recovery

I thought I just needed more discipline. The reading named what I had been carrying, and what was making it louder. I cried at the table, then I made the appointment I had been postponing for a year.

Aïcha41 · perimenopauseParis

Pattern read · Thyroid slowdown

Three years of being told everything was “fine, in range.” The report gave me language for what I was actually living. My endocrinologist said it was the clearest brief she had seen from a patient. We finally started looking at the right markers.

Mei47 · perimenopauseLondon

Pattern read · Blood sugar + androgen

Acne, weight at the middle, cycles that never made sense. Four doctors, four different answers. The Body Tell put it on one page. I stopped feeling like I was inventing my own symptoms.

Yasmin29 · regular cyclesBrussels

Pattern read · Low-oestrogen signal

At 46 my doctor said “it’s perimenopause, that’s normal.” The reading showed me what was making the heat worse — my sleep, my cortisol, what I was eating after 8pm. Normal stopped being a complete answer.

Salomé46 · perimenopauseMarseille

Pattern read · Mixed / overlapping

I had been to a gynaecologist, a dermatologist and a nutritionist. Each one read one chapter of the same story. The Body Tell read the whole book — and told me which chapter to bring back to which specialist.

Imani36 · regular cyclesBerlin

Pattern read · Heavy bleeding + depletion

I learned the word for what I had been describing in fragments for years. Pattern reading does not replace a diagnosis, but it gave me the language to ask for one properly.

Constance31 · regular cyclesGeneva

Pattern read · Stress-recovery

I expected another wellness questionnaire. I got a letter about my own body. I read it twice, then forwarded the brief to my therapist before my next session.

From the founder

I built this for the women who know something is off.

Burnout was the explanation. But it was not the whole story.

THE BODY TELL · FOUNDER NOTE

After burnout, I was told my body needed time. That the 11 a.m. crashes, brain fog, sleepless nights, breathlessness, PMS, and weight changes were part of the aftermath.

But things did not return to normal. My labs were low, but still "in range." My body felt off. My mind felt off. And I had no clear way to explain what was happening.

When a doctor finally listened to my symptoms together, not one by one, we tested more carefully. Burnout was not the whole story: hypothyroidism, depleted iron reserves, low growth hormone, and multiple deficiencies.

That changed the way I understood health. The missing piece was not another vague reassurance. It was a record clear enough to show the pattern.

The Body Tell is the system I wish I had. A way to organise symptoms into one body reading, prepare a better conversation with a doctor, and become harder to dismiss.

Common questions

What you might still be wondering.

1. What is The Body Tell?

The Body Tell is an educational hormone-pattern reading.

It connects what you are experiencing across skin, cycle, mood, energy, sleep, metabolism, and body changes, then turns those answers into clearer patterns.

It helps you move from "I don't know how to explain this" to a more organized view of what may be worth exploring next.

The Body Tell does not diagnose medical conditions. It helps you understand your symptoms better, prepare better questions, and have a clearer conversation with a qualified professional.

2. Is this a diagnosis?

No. The Body Tell is not a diagnostic tool, medical device, or treatment plan.

It is a collaboration tool.

It helps you organize the symptoms, changes, and patterns you may have been trying to understand on your own, sometimes for months or years.

Because when you do not have the full picture, it is easy to waste time, energy, and money on trial and error. Another supplement. Another skincare routine. Another diet change. Another appointment where you forget half of what you wanted to say.

The Body Tell helps you bring the scattered pieces together, so you can see what may be connected and prepare a clearer conversation with a qualified professional.

It does not replace medical care.
It helps you use medical care better.

3. Who is this for?

The Body Tell is for women who feel something has changed in their body, but do not yet have a clear explanation.

Maybe you feel exhausted, foggy, anxious, inflamed, heavier, colder, more reactive, more disconnected from your cycle, or just not like yourself.

Maybe your tests have come back "normal," but your body still does not feel normal.

This is for the women who are tired of minimizing their symptoms, tired of being told it is probably stress, and ready to start connecting the dots.

4. What is the free screener?

The free screener is a short first step.

It gives you an early view of the strongest pattern showing in your answers and helps you understand whether the full Pattern Report could be useful for you.

Think of it as a small gift to begin your discovery path.

Not a label.
Not a diagnosis.
A first mirror.

A way to say: "Maybe these symptoms are connected. Maybe there is something worth looking at more closely."

5. What do I get with the paid version?

The paid Pattern Report gives you a deeper reading of your answers.

Instead of another quick fix that may not last, it helps you understand what your symptoms may be pointing to, how they may be connected, and what is worth exploring next.

You receive your main pattern, supporting patterns, how those patterns may show up across your skin, cycle, mood, energy, sleep, metabolism, and body changes, plus practical first steps.

You also get markers to discuss with a qualified professional and a doctor-prep summary to help you explain your symptoms more clearly.

This is for women who want more than a fast answer. It is for women who want clarity that lasts longer than the next quick fix, and a path forward they can actually use.

6. Can I share my report with my doctor?

Yes.

You can bring your report to your doctor or health professional as a conversation support.

Some doctors may not be familiar with this kind of symptom-pattern report, and that is okay. The report is not asking them to accept a diagnosis from The Body Tell.

It is simply there to help you explain what you have been experiencing, what patterns came up, and which markers may be worth discussing.

You can say:

"This is not a diagnosis. I used it to organize my symptoms so I could explain them more clearly."

That framing matters.

7. What if my symptoms feel urgent?

If your symptoms feel sudden, severe, frightening, or urgent, please seek medical care as soon as possible.

The Body Tell is not designed for emergencies.

Call a doctor, urgent care service, emergency service, or someone you trust. Do not stay alone with symptoms that feel serious.

Once the urgent situation has been dealt with, you can come back to explore the longer-term patterns behind what you have been experiencing.

8. Can I get a refund?

Because The Body Tell is a digital educational product generated from your answers, all purchases are final once the report has been delivered.

We do not offer refunds for completed reports.

That said, we want you to feel respected and supported. If something went wrong technically, or you did not receive what you purchased, contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
