Terms of Use

The Body Tell is an educational tool, not a medical diagnosis. Patterns and observations are based on symptom clustering and population-level research. The report must never be used alone to start, stop, or change medication, supplements, or treatments without the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional.

If you have urgent, severe, or worrying symptoms, seek medical care or call emergency services without delay.

Nothing on the Service constitutes medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. The Body Tell is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

We do not prescribe supplements, medications, or treatments. We never tell a user to start, stop, or change medication.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information associated with your account. Do not share your account with others. Authentication is done via magic link sent to your email — no password to remember.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Files you upload to My Health Files (blood work, prescriptions, notes) are stored for your personal use only. You can delete them at any time. We never interpret these files for diagnostic purposes.

The full The Body Tell report is available for a one-time payment. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store any card data on our servers.

No refunds. In accordance with Article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with your prior express consent. By clicking “Pay”, you expressly consent to immediate performance and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your report, contact hello@thebodytell.com — we will resolve the issue or issue a refund on a case-by-case basis.

The assessment, report content, scoring methodology, visuals, and code of the Service are the exclusive property of Marthe Michoux and are protected by copyright. You may download and share your personal report for personal use (e.g. with your doctor), but you may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercialise the Service’s content without prior written authorisation.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities,
• attempt to access other users’ accounts,
• scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Service’s content,
• present the Service as a substitute for professional medical advice,
• use another person’s report without their consent.

The Service is provided “as is”, for educational purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:

• health decisions made on the basis of the report,
• indirect, consequential, or loss-of-revenue damages,
• temporary service interruptions due to external causes (provider outage, force majeure).

Our maximum aggregate liability, all causes combined, is limited to the amount you have paid us for the Service in the past 12 months. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your health routine.

Neither party is liable for non-performance due to events of force majeure (natural disaster, war, large-scale cyber-attack, major third-party provider failure, etc.).

You can delete your account at any time via the settings or by email. We may suspend or terminate your access, without notice, in case of serious breach of these Terms (e.g. fraudulent use, attempted interference with the Service).

We may update these Terms. Any material change will be notified by email (if you have an account) or via a site banner. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in the consumer’s country of residence provides otherwise.

As a consumer residing in the EU, you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

If any clause of these Terms is held invalid by a competent court, the remaining clauses remain in full force and effect.
